Fund act
The National Council of the Slovak Republic approved on December 5, 2012, Act No. 396/2012 Coll. on the Fund for the Support of Education (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund Act”), which, effective January 1, 2013, established the Fund for the Support of Education and simultaneously abolished the Student Loan Fund and the Loan Fund for Beginning Educators.
Statute of the Fund for the Support of Education
The Statute, based on Act No. 396/2012 Coll. on the Fund for the Support of Education, as amended, and other generally binding legal regulations, defines the scope and tasks of the Fund for the Support of Education, establishes the principles of its activities, management, and internal organization, as well as its relationships with the relevant institutions with which it cooperates in carrying out its activities.
